When Love Speaks...You’d Better Listen. That phrase came to me at the start of my professional writing career. I think it was Divine guidance. God is telling me that this is the path you’re supposed to walk, and I’m glad you could finally make it to the party! I may have been slow on the uptake, but I’ve arrived!
​So, a little about me. I’m a National and Amazon #1 Bestselling Author born and raised in Washington, D.C. I write in the Multicultural & Interracial, Contemporary, Romantic Suspense, Sweet Romance, and Clean Read genres (whew, that was a mouthful!). I love writing about engaging storylines with strong characters with universal appeal and a keen sense of humor. My characters are drawn together by love, respect, and strong family ties. I love traveling, so weaving beautiful destinations into the pages of my novels as lush backdrops or the heritage of my characters is not uncommon. I’m a hybrid author, so I’ve written for traditional publishers as well as indie published. ​

Since being an author isn't my day job, I work at a technology consulting firm as a Business Development Manager. I'm a divorced mother of two young adults. I had a fur baby, Brinkley, but he just passed away a few weeks ago. I had ten fabulous years with him, so I'm truly blessed and thankful.

I ive in Raleigh, NC, and love to get to the beach and mountains whenever I can. And you guessed it, I'm avidly working on my next novel. I'm super excited that my next book, The Bodyguard's Deadly Mission, will be released January 23, 2024!
