I’m Lisa Dodson, an award-winning, National, and Amazon #1 bestselling author of more than nineteen novels. I write Clean Romances with Heart, Hope, and Happily-Ever-Afters—from contemporary romance to romantic suspense and inspirational stories. My books are known for multicultural characters, vivid storytelling, and themes of faith, family, and second chances.

Travel is one of my greatest sources of inspiration, and many of my stories are set against beautiful destinations that reflect the richness of heritage and culture. As a hybrid author—publishing with both traditional houses and indie platforms—my goal is always the same: to create emotionally rich stories that uplift and inspire.

Beyond the page, I serve as Director of Business Development at a technology consulting firm. I’m a proud Washington, D.C. native, now living in Raleigh, NC. I’m also a divorced mom of two wonderful adult children, and I’m happiest when I can sneak away to the beach or the mountains.
